TNA HOUSE

The residence is very convenient because of being on the Metro. It's only round the corner from the station. The office check in was helpful. The residence itself is a bit tired and the lift buttons are intermittent. There's just enough space to live in and facilities for cooking if you want to. Air conditioning and a balcony were nice. We were happy to be here and liked the ambience of Les Lilas which is a bit calmer than Paris.

Can't really recommend! At first, check in and keys pickup is in different place- around 30min. By car. Second, parking is really small and if you have a bigger car, it's really hard to park! Room itself is fine, at least my room was clean. Bed was comfortable but my pillow was terrible, yes, but the other pillow good, so that took my wife. In shower it would be good if they could kill out mold fungus, it's a bit too much already.

The room that we were staying was so bad. I never seen a room so dirty. The bed was so bad and the madras was to old and very very very uncomfortable. The duvets was very thin. Me and my friend bought a new one. And the carpet was so wet and we informed them about it. They didn't know where the water was coming from. Because of the wet wet carpet the room was smelling. The room that we saw on the internet and the one they gave as has very huge differences. I will never recommend to anyone to stay there. 👎👎👎👎😪😪😪

I stayed here with two other people in a mezzanine suite in 1999 and my memory is that it was a very nice, clean, comfortable room. It's very convenient to the Mairie des Lilas Metro station and only took about 20 minutes to get into the center of Paris. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Can not reccomend at all. To check in you need to travel 30 mins to pick up the keys. The cleaning hadn't been done properly as there was other people stuff left in the room and under the bed. When we rang for clean towels, we was told that you only get one set and this wasnt part of the deal and if you wanted fresh towels every day you had to pay. They also made us travel again back to office to pay 6 euro tax, no way of transferring. I think for the price it is not worth it at all. I wouldnt stay again and I will be putting in a complaint.

The agreement was that : when I arrived at the building after midnight I must insert a code and pickup my key inside the locker. There's wasn't key on the locker. None of then. I called to a number in Netherlands and he tried to help me open all the boxes. All empties. He contact a lady to help me and she arrived during the night . I was almost with no battery on the phone. Inside everything is perfect , very cozy, very clean , very functional and have a lot of places nearby to have lunch, shopping and also the subway station. Going back to the apartment in my last day: key blocked. Both. I know when a key don't have magnetism and when it wasn't created until your last day, mine in this case. My surprise : go to the office in the town to make a new key . Ok darling , but my wallet is inside the room. The apartment is very good , but inefficiency can ruin all good expectations.

Great place from where to discover Paris as the city centre is just 20 minutes away by Metro. Bakeries and grocery store in walking distance.

Nice quiet area just on the end of the metro line 11 handy to shops and the perepherique.
