Clean caravan/camping. Smooth check in (even possible in Dutch). Parking spaces next to the caravan, very spacious. Nice heated pool. The pool area itself could use a bit of shade/umbrella’s though. Approximately 8 km from Biarritz center, however we had our bikes so that was not an issue. Walking distance to the beach of Bidart.

Good spot for visiting Biarritz & St Jean de Luz. Great beach. Good restaurant (had the best paella ever!). Helpful staff. Mobile homes are okay but basic with no attempt at making the interior homely.

This campsite was our last choice as the other campsites we preferred were fully booked. We would rate it as a good 3 star site.We were worried about the railway being so close to the pitch area but it surprisingly never bothered us. The person at the reception is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our tent pitch was big enough and in the sun although we requested partially shaded. It also worked out well. The beach is beautiful and only 5 minutes walk from the site. So if you come for body surfing, the location is perfect. We walked or cycled there as the car park near the beach is packed and always full. The shop in the site is very basic which was ok for us as we used the shops nearby. There is entertainment in the bar most evenings but I heard that teenagers got bored as there was no entertainment for them. All in all we really enjoyed our stay there.

Nice, very friendly site. ||Don't expect a 5 star site, this is just a very good 3 star site, equipped with all the basics. Mobile Homes/Chaltes are clean, and in a very good state. ||||From my pov there are just 2 negative points: ||1. Missing super/mini-market. (but all needed shops are nearby on walking distance.) ||2. Close to the railway, but trains pass slow and don't make much noise.||||The positive points:||1. Good value||2. walking distance to the beach.||3. Quick to the highways. Very central location, next to Biarritz, close to San Sebastian. (30 min by car)||4. many surfspots reachable within 30 minutes. I all conditions you will find something to surf here.||5. Pool is very quiet in the low season.

We went towards the end of season and were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location is really great: close enough to the beach to walk but far enough to feel tucked away from things.||Nice bar and easy to order bread/croissants (brought fresh from the bakery by moped - still hot!). ||The villas were just right: had enough cooking stuff, clean, good shower, nice veranda. Only negative was the bed wasn't that comfy and you had to pay extra for normal sheets (the throw-away ones provided weren't up to much). Don't forget to bring your own towels too. ||The pool was lovely and well kept. There are BBQ facilities available and you can hire boules and pingpong sets for free.||Really enjoyed our stay here and are grateful to the staff for their kind welcome.||Value was excellent overall.||Don't worry about the train tracks nearby - although you could hear the trains going past it really wasn't intrusive.

Good location for beach. Bit cramped on site but its August in the south of france so there are no budget spacious options. Very helpful staff. Good food on site. Pool was fine. Train noise is not an issue. Mobile home fine. Traffic on local roads is horrendous so stay on highways as long as possible. Hard to find the canmpsite. Ask at reception about free bus pass to Biaritz.

Dirty inside and outside. Muddy parking place. Only one heater which did not work. Some things were not supplied and cash was demanded for payment. No policy for keeping dogs on leads. No rules to allow people to swim lengths. Overgrown trees which made parking difficult. Rotten wood on decking. Railings dangerous. Most windows did not lock properly. Insufficient parking spaces between huts.

Had a fabulous stay here with the kids and the dog, the campsite is lovely, everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the site was calm and peaceful. The pizzas are delicious!.||In the words of my 8 year old "this campsite has 3 stars but I would give it 5 because I love it"
