If existe the mark -10 I'll give to it. We arrived super early and it was a nightmare The x ray was """open""" but the security forget to advice the 20 people who were waiting for start to enter. So everybody did nothing during 30 minutes. Also, to enter at the departure room, more 30 minutes waiting the access to the chairs. All of this previous the 7 am A shame and one of the worst services that I already saw. Congratulations

A small but pleasant airport. Basic amenities but sufficient for the number of flights departing. The staff were friendly throughout both arrival and departure. Toilets could be a little nicer.

We took the flight from London to Rennes and out with easyJet. Arrival: The passport control is efficient. Easy to get out. There is a bus C6 going to the city centre. You can just use contactless and press Oui on the screen. Departure: The waiting area is very small, there aren’t many seats available after the passport control. There are only 2 toilets after passport control. I couldn’t see any water fountains here. The child facilities are not great.

Small regional airport so easy to navigate. Toilets could have been much cleaner. No fountains to full you water bottle, 4.10 euros for a small bottle if water at the cafe, no thank you.

Poor family facilities for arrivals. There was no signage for families with young children at the immigration queue where they can go to the front via the side of the queue without having to join the main queue and wait longer. We were kindly told about this by another passenger as we were waiting in the main queue. Without the pram, you end up having to carry your child in your arms for a long time! This is not a nice experience. At the luggage carousel, parents were waiting a while for their prams to arrive, having already picked up their luggage. This was until someone waiting outside for arrivals told us that the prams had actually been deposited after the exit of the luggage collection! This was really frustrating and uncommon at all other airports we’ve been too. The airport could do with better family signage/ communication. For departures - food/ drinks are very overpriced. A bottle of water costs €4!! And there is no sign for where you can get free drinking tap water to refill your water bottle.

We flew from Hamburg with a 30 kg bag with air France and they didn’t charge us for anything because in total we would have 60 kg but here in Rennes they charge you if you have one luggage more than 23 kg. We actually saved them 30 kg but still we got charged for “overweights”. We had to pay €60 and the staff was very unfriendly they said we can take off some weight.. we told them it’s a bit difficult as we are carrying a baby and one cabinet luggage the whole time. The only statement we received was it’s not our problem

Really not impressed. 3 of us were travelling to Manchester all 3 we are autistic and my daughter has Sen and is deaf. We booked special assistance with easy jet. No help through security who I found quite chaotic and abrupt. But the worst is when you get through there is nowhere to sit and soooo hot!!! Although we had booked assistance this was really bad for our flight from Rennes as we all got penned in a holding area at side of tarmac like a greenhouse no toilets no Aircon no drinks no seats.. told us nothing for about ten minutes... we felt like a nuisance there wasn't even any staff to ask what going on. Not good for autistic people also there was a blind girl and her mother sat in the floor in baking sun and old folk in wheelchairs it was really not suitable. Me and my daughter were very stressed and needed the toilet. When we were eventually took to the outside to board plane the staff member did at least apologise for wait. But I have to say it did not feel very secure having to walk unaided across the tarmac for quite a distance. At least we boarded in plenty of time and the easyJet staff very friendly. One positive thing though- when we arrived the previous week we had left an item on the plane and staff at airport were very friendly helping us get it back. Please just improve your facilities and assistance provision for disabled folk!

1h waiting time for passport control at the arrival from London 19 Dec afternoon. Totally unacceptable especially in this Christmas period. Parents with babies were allowed to skip the queue. But parents with young children/toddlers were not. It made it harder for kids to wait 1h after a flight of 1h. They were running everywhere in the middle of the queue. Fingerprints were attempted to be taken three times. Then the border officer gave up as the machine was not working. Frustrating process. Toilets from the main hall had an awful small.
