Terrible equipment: We have both a high-pressure pump and a gas compressor with recurring seal failures. The pump's maximum operating pressure (MOP) is 7,000 bar, while the polyurethane rod-piston seal they employ is rated for only 400 bar. The compressor employs a homemade nylon seal that failed in less than 60 minutes.
