Its the worst French experience to ever exist, they do not welcome tourists and they are racist because i couldn’t speak french, funny because its a souvenirs shop and they are targeting tourists???
Don't get close for sim cards. Bought 1gb internet for 30€ and it never worked. Asked for help from the seller and she said it's not on them that it doesn't work... Worst service in Chamonix. Go to the other shop "Sonnettes Sarl les" better cashier better service and products that actually works for way cheaper (15€ for 1gb and 25€ for 15gb) Recommend 5 minutes away "Sonnettes Sarl les" .
Worst shop ever, not recommend ! Tried to steal 5 eur, never seen anything like it... 🤯
Terrible place - bought a magnet that I didn't realize was broken until after I left and brought it back and they refused to replace it. Don't go here - much better options in town.
Probably one of the busiest souvenir shops in Chamonix, it’s crowded (in a good way), and the staff are friendly and patient
