Super positive experience with Mr. Frédéric! He was always kind, available, and professional, responding to all my requests with courtesy and efficiency. The entire process was smooth and well-managed. I highly recommend this agency for its reliability and excellent service!

The apartment itself was in a great location and overall well equipped (one only regrets the lack of freezer and some initial problems with wi-fi, which however got eventually solved). The clear separation between the kitchen and bedroom/study was particularly convenient. Overall, by Parisian standards, a very good price-quality ratio. Some aspects of communication and conditions of the contract could be at times confusing - at least for a foreign student. While the agent was generally responsive, it would be helpful to have certain duties from assurance to the specifics of terminating the contract and final inventory clarified beforehand, for example by putting a summary on My Room’s website.

I found my accommodation in Compiegne through MYROOM. The process was very smooth from start to finish. I changed accommodation with them after I found a better colocation and the process was done without any problems. I only had a problem with one of their former employee M. Noémie AGUILAR since she was not managing her job very well, but after she left the agency and found a new person to take her position, everything was running very professionally. I highly recommend MYROOM.

Mon expérience avec MyRoom a été globalement très positive. N’étant pas à Paris au moment de ma recherche d’appartement, j’étais naturellement inquiète à l’idée de tomber sur une arnaque. Heureusement, je suis tombée sur cette agence et son équipe extrêmement bienveillante. Le processus à distance s’est déroulé sans problème, et à mon arrivée à Paris, l’appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos fournies. Bien que quelques soucis soient survenus pendant mon séjour, Frédéric et son équipe ont toujours été réactifs et ont tout mis en œuvre pour les résoudre rapidement, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Lorsque nous avons fini par quitter l’appartement, le processus de départ a été aussi fluide que l’arrivée. Je garde un excellent souvenir de cette entreprise et la recommande sans hésiter à toute personne à la recherche d’une location fiable et sans stress.

J'ai vécu dans une des colocations pour six mois et je vous recommande Frédéric pour sa disponibilité et sa cordialité. Avant mon arrivée dans la colocation, tout a été simple et pratique, y compris la finalisation du contrat à distance. J'ai reçu tous les renseignements nécessaires. Pendant mon séjour, Frédéric était toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions et pour s'occuper des besoins de la maison.

À fuir ! Aucune considération pour les locataires !! Mon fils à rendu les clés de sa chambre le 25 juillet, l'état des lieux c'est bien passé mais depuis , aucune nouvelle de la caution ! Pire encore, là responsable filtre les appels et ne répond même pas au téléphone Honteux

Super accueil, qualité des chambres exceptionnel! J'aimerais bien reprendre les études dans ces conditions. Nos enfants sont en sécurité et nous rassurés ! Bravo Myroom
