We stayed here for the weekend. The weather was not great, but we still made the best of it. What I liked about this hotel, was the location, proximity to the beach, city center, and the record player in the lobby area. As you can see, I took advantage of playing and listen to some great sounds. One thing that impressed me, they are ego friendly. If you stay a few nights like we did, if you put the tag on your door for do not clean or don't need anything, they leave a coupon for a free drink to enjoy in the evening.

Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 for a 2 night break. ||First impressions are always important and this hotel didn’t disappoint. Really friendly staff and management who go out of their way to help. ||We arrived a little earlier than expected but this wasn’t a problem and we were accommodated for an early check with a little bit of work. ||Reception is really nicely decorated and exudes the hotels laid back, friendly vibe. Rooms are really clean, turned down daily, nice comfy bed and have everything you need.||Well located, not far from anywhere, just a few minutes on the bus from the airport and 10 minutes stroll to the beach. ||Breakfast is really good, hot and cold options, plenty of variety and sets you up for the day. Free coffee available throughout the day and a small bar service for a nightcap.||A well located, reasonably priced, boutiquey hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast - what more do you want? Recommended and will be back!

Great hotel in Biarritz with a good location and with a walking distance to the beach. The bus stop is really close as well.||Room was super clean with plenty of space for one person. There is a little desk where you can work.||Breakfast was fabulous with a lot of variety: cheese, bread, coffee and fresh orange juice.||Room was a bit noisy with noise from the other rooms, but fortunately, the room window was giving to the inner courtyard which is certainly better than having a window giving to the street. Overall, the hotel is quiet anyway.||Staff was very helpful and nice.||I would recommend staying there.

The room is the smallest I have ever lived in. They have forced in a queen size bed and tilted it diagonally for it to fit in there. Can barely walk inside the room and it felt very claustrophobic. Bathroom was quite nice overall but there was a hole in the toilet door and the wall next to it, and the tiles had full of cracks as well in the entrance. Wifi kept popping in and out where you have to agree on the terms every time the computer or phone goes idle. Only one socket hidden behind a fat curtain, and nothing on the bathroom which meant I couldnt shave. It's incredibly noisy you can hear the neighbour bed movements and conversations and every time a guest is leaving or entering the room both on sides and above. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the nearby area is quite dead especially during rainy days there is not much to do or see there. The local restaurants there on the same street have limited English skills so you better know some words in French. The nearby grocery store close very early. The towels also had grains from tree on it and was not clean. I also found a dead flie behind the curtain seems it's not washed there properly. There was also lots of brown grease marks on the bathroom door. After the cleaning of the room had a strong odour that was very unpleasant. Be mindful that there is no minibar nor is there any restaurant or room service even if hotel.com markets it to have room service. If you arrive late it's quite limited what you can eat. The hotel in general has a cool design, even copies of Surfers Journal but the rooms are poorly maintained compared to the nice reception area. it works as a very basic place to sleep. I did not try the breakfast. I found the staff to be both polite and helpful with my questions and requests and my comments above is feedback for improvements so next customers can enjoy their stay even better.

Has just been remodelled by the looks of it, in a surf style and it’s been done really well.|Room was very nice, clean and comfortable.|Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice.|Location was good, a short 4-5 mins walk sees you on the sea front and all the bars / restaurants. But for the money it’s excellent value and I would definitely choose to stay here again.|Check in was a farce. I had originally booked three rooms but cancelled one. The check in staff simply couldn’t grasp what my name was, asking me if I was the guy wasn’t coming (cancelled room) and at one point told me I didn’t have a room!! Eventually it was sorted but it was hard work.

The room is clean and spacy, shower is great with the separated toilet so it's very practical. The location is great, walking distance from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The staffs are also very nice, highly recommended!

Lovely friendly hotel. Reasonably priced and super friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and everything you need for a short stay. Great location for the town centre just a few minutes walk. Nice choices for Breakfast, and bottled beers available from reception.
