I purchased a mtd mower from you in may 2024 the was 1378-99 euros 5 months used 10 times no gears went back shop it be repaired under warranty I was told I must pay for transport for it to be repaired I have mean of transporting it I am 83 years old have not got the strength to lift this into a vehicle I am so disappointed in your service your staff are polite but your customer service is zero not acceptable. What is point in having a warranty. Now finished this post I write a post on D v n network which has 8000 followers to be a ware of your business practice Mr Neil Smith

This is an expensive hardware store compared to others, good range of goods but yet again other stores like castorama, leyroy merlin, brico depot have exactly the same and less expensive, I'd personally shop else where, trust me.

Looking clear, no disorder. Good assortment. Employer very friendly. Some speak more than only French.
