It was a nice, well kept, clean hotel with friendly staff. Aircon worked well during the heatwave and the hotel amenities were good. Breakfast was good and the fresh orange juice machine was a highlight. I could've looked this up myself beforehand, but as the hotel is next to the station, some information about station closures / shortened operational hours at the hotel would've been appreciated e.g. when we were there, there were no trains after 21.45. maybe a notice board that says get X bus if the N train isn't running?
We had an all-around very pleasant stay at this hotel. We would especially like to highlight the warm welcome from Frantz. He immediately made us feel at home. The service overall was excellent, and throughout our stay, Frantz was consistently friendly, attentive, and extremely accommodating. This level of dedication truly makes a difference. Thank you for such a nice experience
Ther service at this hotel is 10/10, special thanks to Rafi and Adonis they really went above and beyond. The hotel has the perfect setup and is in a very good location. The breakfast was really nice, with a wide variety that caters for both kids and adults. The rooms were perfectly sized with all the amenities a family would want. Will definitely be coming back.
The staff were very kind and helpful, especially during breakfast. The train station is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Eiffel Tower is about 20 minutes away. There is also a Lidl supermarket just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection is strong. After a long day of walking around Paris, you can enjoy a very cozy and warm bath. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Nice comfortable hotel close to Paris Gare Clamart. I really appreciated the support of Marie Christine at the reception. Yesterday, a rainy day, we ordered some food and got in trouble as the courier left the food in a public garden declaring he was unable to find the hotel. I asked Marie to help me and thanks to her support the rider went back to pick up our dinner and brought it to the hotel. I am super happy to know that the Accor family has personnel kind and effective as Marie.
Breakfast has limited choice. Room facilities are not very good (hair dryer, hard to adjust water temperature, no tissue paper, no ventilator in toilet) The service staff are welcoming.
This spot is in a nice area, just outside Paris. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, Breakfast was really good and the hotel was clean. The rooms are fairly basic but not bad by any means. The room didn't have a mini fridge or microwave. The mattress wasn't great but it did the trick. If you don't mind a more basic room, this place is great. They have two parking lots , the overflow is gated and you need to have someone let you in and out, in person. The area has amazing restaurants and seemed safe and friendly .
We stayed at this hotel with my partner and our dog. When we arrived in the middle of the night (around 3:00 am), we discovered stains on the fitted sheet that looked like urine. We went down to reception right away, and they moved us to another room, which we truly appreciated. During the stay, we chose not to request daily housekeeping to avoid stressing our dog, but we wanted to change the bedding ourselves. When we removed the duvet cover, we were shocked to find stains that seemed to be blood and urine on the duvet itself. We asked housekeeping for a replacement, and thankfully they provided a clean one without any issue. At checkout, we went to reception to inform them about everything and show photos and videos, just so they could be aware of what happened. Sadly, the response from the morning receptionist, Adonis, was rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he replied, “We already changed your room,” in a rather condescending way and then asked, “So what’s the issue now?” We explained we weren’t complaining, only giving feedback, but he simply said it wasn’t his responsibility and that he “might pass it along.” There was no apology at any point, though he quickly reminded us about the pending charges for the dog, parking, and city tax, which we paid on the spot. We also noticed him mocking a guest on the phone while joking with a colleague, which felt very unprofessional. As for the facilities, the furniture is old and worn, especially the sofa, which was in bad shape and doesn’t reflect the standard one would expect from a hotel of this category. The breakfast experience was very poorly managed. When we arrived at 9:15 am, most of the food was gone, there were no clean tables available, and we had to repeatedly ask for items to be restocked.
