I took a 3 hour test at IBS and had a positive experience. The staff was polite, helpful and spoke English. The center has a lobby/check in, water closet, lockers and two test rooms. My testing administrator did not include the gate code with my confirmation, so I emailed IBS and received it in advance. Most of Paris does not have air conditioning, so when a heatwave was forecast for the day of my test I continued the test a few days. Paris can be noisy so I studied and took practice tests with my windows open to desensitize myself. IBS also provided earplugs, headphones. The headphones were not construction grade to significantly reduce dB but I wore them as I was by the window. Enjoyed the fresh air. There were a few people walking by in the courtyard, but it was not bad like being next to traffic. I had four people in my room, and they were not a distraction. The cubical had plenty or room, the monitor was a good size, at least 60 cm or 19," mouse and keyboard worked fine. Use key pad to enter numbers and decimal points because France uses an AZERTY keyboard layout that enters a comma when you want a decimal point. From the main gate, IBS is straight back maybe 25m on the right when you reach the main courtyard. It has two wrought iron gates. I attached images to help you find your way and know what to expect. The complex has no directory or signage.

Very good experience, and i highly recommend IBS Global to take PMP exam, the staffs are welcoming, helpful and smile. Thanks again! However, it's like every test center, there is definately some noise, you can try to avoid the weekend is a better solution, otherwise it could be very crowded per to my 2 times experience for your reference.

Good experience. A very nice test center with efficient staff. Only the toilet needs a bit of an upgrade. Only one out of the two was functioning.

Very very disappointed with the professionalism and general condition of this site. First arrived with 10 people in the very small and run down waiting area. Paint peeling off the walls, water damage, ceiling tile missing with cables visible, one of two benches blocking the door to the only bathroom in the place. Then was given a form to read and told to wait. They registered a few people and then nothing for the remaining 8 of us. They went to their IT closet and were mumbling to themselves when after 15 minutes after my scheduled test time I asked what was going on. They said they had server and network problems. The whole time they sat there and stared at us not offering any explanation, ask if we wanted to wait, or reschedule/reimburse. Then I asked when it would be fixed, again offering no explanation unless you ask. They said they were waiting for someone who had problems with transport and were unsure when they will arrive. Meanwhile all “candidates” taking a test had to be there 15 minutes early, but their own employees don’t seem to need to be on time. Speaking of employees they were polite, but between the 4 of them there, they didn’t act experienced. They had no idea what to do, and as a result didn’t say anything. Once the “experienced“ person arrived they were no more communicative than before. Now there were 6 employees and only 1 seemed to be working on a standalone Dell laptop. We waiting for 1.5 hours after my exam time without saying anything unless asked and only then did they say they couldn’t get it to work and they would send us along. Then they proceeded to ignore us for another 15 minutes while they typed away on this laptop. After they called us up 1 by 1, and the other employees did nothing and watched. What did they give us? A post-it note with a “case ID” that we had to call the helpdesk of my training supplier, and they would help me with reimbursements or rescheduling. The helpdesk number was buried in the site,

The test environment is really bad. It is very crowded and noisy. People keep walking around, and there’s even construction noise outside!

5.0 Maxime Salgues

I recommend this place. I took the GMAT exam there, and it was very convenient. I had a locker to store all of my belongings. The exam conditions were excellent; they provided soundproof headsets, comfortable chairs, though the desktops were a bit old, they served their purpose. Overall, it was a great experience, allowing me to stay focused and work efficiently.

2.0 Michael Min

Extremely old testing center where upkeep is kept to a minimal. The staff is nice but extremely passive. There was an old French man that entered the testing room and was being very loud and rude. The staff did not attempt to tell the man to quiet down. The door to enter the testing room is old and makes a loud slamming noise when people enter and reenter the room. The windows in the testing room are very thin and you can hear people walking and sometimes talking outside. Even the toilet seat in the bathroom is broken and wobbles around. I've taken 3 exams here and passed 2 of them. But I would say overall, this place is not the ideal testing center if you want a place that facilitates concentration for the test taker and a quiet environment.
