LES TOITS DE PARIS

We are super satisfied with our stay! Everything was perfect — very clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized. The service was exceptional, and the owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel the care and attention to every detail. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back again!

We stayed at this B&B for 4 nights during mid-May; had booked 2 family rooms. These flats are housed in a typical residential building in the heart of 15th Arr. and quite easy to find. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus as was being located so close to a metro station, car rental agency, laundry and shops & restaurants. The fact that it is just a short walk to the Eiffel tower is the icing on the cake, esp. for first-timers to the city like ourselves. I echo the great reviews provided on this property, as well as appreciation for our host Matthieu. Through the booking process and stay, he was friendly, approachable, very responsive and always ready with helpful travel tips. His recommendations on metro and bus routes made all the difference to be able to adapt to the city very fast. He was nice enough to walk over with us to a nearby ATM to help out when we were stuck due to instructions in French. The day we checked out, we were booked on an early morning train to London, well before breakfast time. Matthieu was very accommodating in providing a packed breakfast the previous night and also offered to book taxis for us. ||||No major downside; although wifi was a bit slow & intermittent; and a lift would have helped carry up our substantial luggage to our 2nd floor rooms; but then most buildings here apparently do not have lifts built in. ||||Comfortable stay, fair pricing, great location and beats the impersonal feel of hotels any day. This will be our preferred choice of accommodation in Paris if we were to return.

Very well kept, spatious, and organized apartment within thirty minutes from all major sights in the city. The host was very reliable, helpful, thoughtful, and served delicious breakfast every morning. We will definetly stay again next time we visit Paris!

Absolutely phenomenal! Definitely a repeat!! Matthieu was impeccable and very kind throughout the whole process. The breakfast is just great, and the room is simple but nice and really cosy! Great, great breakfast, with the best Parisian bread! Close to the subway, but really you can walk everywhere in Paris from there. To repeat!!!

Spacious and clean room in a good location! Matthieu, the property owner was very nice and helpful. Bed and room were done every morning after we left and breakfast was very good and fresh, especially the baguette and French pastries! Very close to metro station and a good number of restaurants to choose from in the area. Matthieu even stored our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. The only thing that could be better was wifi because it was quite slow and ended up using mobile data however this wouldn't stop us from visiting again!

Small apartment with very good price-performance ratio in a save and convenient location: Eiffel Tower within walking distance, metro and bus in the immediate vicinity, supermarkets, bars and affordable restaurants in the area... There is a folder with tourist information material and the host is available at any time via WhatsApp, the room is well equipped (refrigerator, kettle, coffee and tea, dishes...), the bathroom is big enough, the water pressure in the shower is good... A small breakfast with fresh pastries, jam, freshly squeezed juice and yogurt is delivered to your door in the morning.

The apartment was very well located (25min ago from the Eiffel's tower). The neighbourhood has plenty of options for food and several metro stations near by. Everything was super clean and beds were done every day. Mathieu, the host, was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was served every morning (including croissants, bread, butter, milk, coffee, cheese, juice and jam). Very recommended.

We were two couples traveling together through Europe. We were coming from Venice to Paris and wanted to continue our goal of staying in B&B's (versus hotels). We read reviews and really liked what we saw with Les Toits. We corresponded with Matthieu and he was outstanding in answering questions. We arrived and everything was exactly as described/photographed. We each had a room and they both had very comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms/showers. Each morning we met Matthieu in his kitchen area where a very nice breakfast was waiting for us (coffee, juice, yogart, rolls, etc.). The location is very close to several very good restaurants and grocery stores. We were close to several different subway stations (the subway in Paris was excellent to use ... so efficient and easy). Matthieu gave us maps and suggestions of places to visit and ways to navigate around the city. We appreciated his hospitality and help so much. Thank you Matthieu for a wonderful stay!
