Outstanding experience at Porsche Centre Marseille. The team is highly professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. Special mention to Nadia, whose professionalism, availability, and sense of service made the experience genuinely exceptional. She elevates the customer experience and reflects the standards one expects from Porsche.

The staff is very kind, polite, friendly and helpful. It feels nice to be there. However, the waiting area, next to the main entrance is small and not very cosy, with doors opening and closing all the time. The shop, compared to other Porsche centers around Europe is very basic and I would be surprised if any client was bothered to buy anything. Presentation of clothing and accessories is very poor, cramped in a very small area. Parking is almost Impossible, as the yard is full of cars. One day, my car was repositioned by the staff twice, to move other cars around. It was not a problem for me but drivers with poor skills (which is not unusual in case of Porsche drivers) will struggle with tight space and close proximity of many cars. The whole experience is saved by a fantastic crew. I appreciate their assistance and kindness every time. They deserve 5 stars. Premises get only 3 stars, Porsche standards elsewhere are much higher. Perhaps rearrangement of the main saloon would help to get more of a brand's famous clean, modern feel.
