Cristo, Yu and all the team were super nice. Responsive over WhatsApp and great in person service. Glad to have purchased my watch with them. Recommend it.

I would strongly advise against visiting this shop. My experience was extremely unsatisfactory and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff were friendly and polite when I made the purchase, but when I had an issue with the watch the following day, they were unhelpful and uninterested in resolving my problem. I also have doubts about the authenticity of the watch I purchased and whether it was new or used. This shop falsely claims to have a higher status than other Omega shops in Paris, but in my experience, this is not the case. I would recommend finding a different Omega shop in Paris that values their customers and offers quality products and service.

Lovely service. Came in before the closing time to try and purchase a metal bracelet on my Speedmaster. Which I did. Tatyana and Simon took care of me with great attention. Thank you so much.
