I bought a Charnwood Stove in October 2024, the installation process was challenging. The individuals who did the installation of the piping did not do a good job and it had to be redone. Finally when the stove arrived in September 2025, i arrived missing three parts. I was advised that the parts would arrive by October 22nd. I chased the firm on numerous occasions and received no response. Calling the company did not work either, so I had to visit the shop. I was advised that they had many problems and issues with other customers. I was advised that the parts should have been here by 12th January. As of this date I am still in the dark and have not been contacted by anyone. The service, and the response of this organization has been really bad.

MAJ de l'avis : Il ne faut surtout pas avoir de problème avec le poêle : poêle en panne le 31 Décembre, personne pour intervenir avant le 6 Janvier. Le commercial s'est déplacé et a constaté un problème de tirage , il devait contacter un technicien.. nous sommes le 10 février et je n'ai aucune nouvelle malgré de nombreuses relances... Très bon pour vous vendre un pôele, mais il ne faut pas rencontrer de problème avec ...

J’ai récemment acheté un poêle à bois chez Le Poêle Scandinave et je suis ravi de mon choix. Plus qu’à attendre l’hiver pour profiter de ce confort ! Merci au commercial qui nous a très bien conseillés ainsi qu’aux poseurs qui ont très bien travaillé A très vite
