We are very happy and satisfied with the work performed by Provence Property. Roland/Jordi & team have helped us with construction work for our pool area, such as build a wall and technical house. Even bigger work was when they made all the work for our new kitchen and laundry room which was a project during 5 months. They teared down the old kitchen, built it up by making new openings, constructed pillars and new isolated walls. Of course all plumbing, electricity and painting finally. In both projects Jordi and his father Roland have been very customer oriented and listened to our requirements and they have always found good solutions on issues that have come up. We have really felt safe to have Provence Property doing our projects with successful outcome. The team is very professional and skilled. We have been using various companies through the years for our houses and we must say Provence Property is top notch. We enjoy every minute when we are in our new kitchen! Review of our experience building our high class and technically very demanding villa in La Croix Valmer, engeneered and designed by ourselves. Provence Property got the contract to build the villa because we could see in the meetings their high level of competence and reliability. From the very first day our convictions from Company Provence Property we’re confirmed, and this continued throughout the construction period The collaboration between the client and the architect was professional and friendly throughout the entire construction period. Very demanding formwork work for the interior and exterior shading systems, between which special minimal windows had to be installed, was carried out perfectly. For the 17 m long and 2.80 m high glass front, the vertical deviation was only allowed to be 1 cm, otherwise the tension on the minimal windows would be too great. Also the sophisticated pool was build professionally. All in all, the client and the architect are very satisfied with Provence Property. We would build a villa together with Provence Property again at any time.
