I travelled with Ahmed Tour this year for Umrah and Hajj on a 3week 5* shifting package. Allhumdullilah I had a really good experience from start till the very end. Location of the 5* hotel in Makkah (Swiss al Maqamam) was great - max 5minwalk to the Haram. Ahmed Tours reps were available throughout the entire journey. The team was very well staffed with a mix of Urdu, English and Bengali speaking reps and Imaams which was very helpful to accommodate all those who travelled with them. Coach transfers during the journey went relatively smoothly (I appreciate there were times when there were delays due to congestion/heavy rainfall/ restrictions placed by the Hajj Ministry) all of which was expected (other than the rainfall) and I was patient - you need lots of this! All the coaches I had used looked new/relatively new and had AC and a Ahmed Tours rep was always onsite with us. Communication through the journey was informative and helpful. We were joined to a WhatsApp group where updates for respective hotel were posted. Group tours were arranged in Makkah and Madina. Prominent sites where shown and explained to us which was great. Was nice that the group tours was broken into Bengali/English/Urdu speaking groups to accommodate all those who had attended. Food was really good throughout the journey. For me personally, the food in out Azzizzya apartment was the best from all three stays. It was mainly Asian cuisines. The quality and quantity of food available was excellent and for anyone travelling with parents or older relatives who enjoy this type of cuisine will be pleased. The tents in Mina was sufficient –just to remind everyone this isn’t a luxury holiday. It’s Hajj so expectations should be lowered. They had air cooling and fans and speakers were installed so we could listen to any talks/pray in jamaat led by Ahmed Tours imams/reps. FRAUD ALERT!!!!! Please be careful with ahmed tours I have been scammed for £18,000. I went Hajj with my wife and son. We paid for 4 star hotel, however we only received 1 star (check photos), we are now struggling to get our money back. It has come to my attention recently that they are committing fraud to so many people in the name of Hajj. We were originally given confirmation of a 4 star hotel. This was later changed to a different hotel, said to be much closer to the haram and all round better hotel, however clearly a downgrade to 1 star (with no compensation) and further away from the haram isn't better. I was refered to ahmed tours by family and a local councillor who I've known and respected for many years (I won't mention his name). I originally signed an agreement with ahmed tours, they later said another document needed to be signed. This document was deceivingly designed to look very similar to the ahmed tours previous agreement. Looking very similar but with different company details. I was taken advantage of by that very councillor who took that signature from me. DO NOT trust these guys regardless of how well they butter it up, they are using hajj as a means to deceive muslims around the UK. Alhamdulillah I was able to complete my hajj, but this was no thanks to ahmed tours who pitched a service they couldn't deliver. I have been hajj before so I know how things are, I'm not speaking out of spite but fear for others how will have spent many years of tiresome work to save up for this experience, it's understandable that throughout hajj there will be certain times where there may be discomfort, but ahmed tours could not help with anything and were never around for support as promised. I genuinely request all brothers and sisters to avoid ahmed tours as they have not only wronged me. There are many others who are trying to be heard and have returned to them what is rightfully theirs but ahmed tours is being non-compliant.

My name is Razi Shahid. This was my first time and I am really impressed the way this company served us. According to their calculations they served for more than 400 pilgrims and to manage these numbers absolutely isn't an easy job but they made it very easy. The reason behind this is that they are serving since many many years and every year they are improving better and better. Obviously as a human you can still make mistakes and this is what we need to learn and show some patience specially when we are going to perform Hajj. My package was 4 weeks, in which first 9 days I stayed in 5 Stars Swiss Hotel in the Clock Tower. Then 3 days before Hajj and 2 days after Hajj they arranged economy rooms in Aziziya with 3 times meal in a day. Then we had 7 nights stay in 5 Stars Al-Eman Royal Hotel in Medina. All their staff were very friendly and co-operative. I would definitely choose them again. Thank you Ahmed Travel for making my travel memorable. Jazakallah.

We recently just returned from our Umrah in January 2020. Ahmed tours tailored our package to our needs and delivered an amazing service. They made our trip stress-free. All transport was all arranged for and the brother Bilal in saudi was there to personally welcome us, provided an excellent ziyarat and handled all our affairs in Saudi. The hotels were lovely and it was exactly as promised by Ahmed tours. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future Insha allah

Do not ever book with Ahmed tours and travels, travel agent booked umrah all the way back in 2020, was meant to get compensated due to Covid , then ran away to Bangladesh and stole our money. Only a couple grand compensated out of nearly 12k, 5 years later you can now check, they have failed their ATOL license and accounts are overdue, alhamdulillah we have managed to get all our money back a few days ago after going through courts and claiming through ATOL. Bunch of CROOKS DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING

Second time booked ummrah with Ahmed Tours and had good stay in Makkah and Madinah with nearby hotels to masajid as requested with breakfast, visa’s, flights and transfers. We flew by Qatar airways which was excellent and stayed in Anjum hotel in Makkah and Emaar Royal in Madinah. Jzkhairan for all your help brother Thamim and all the tour guides and drivers who were Urdu and Bengali speaking

I had a great experience with Ahmed Tours. Tamim was brilliant, he sorted our everything for us, including hotels, transfers and so much more. I recommend this as they make travelling much much easier. From Mrs J Islam.

I would like to say, a big thank you to Ahmed tours for their 5 * excellent customer service, they really excel in the Hajj packages and gave us more than we expected. Tamim, Zak, Bilal, Shahid, Dawood, Faisal, Montri and many more staff on hand to assist at any time 24/7. I chose a economy package, 5 sharing and was very happy with it all to be honest, Al Haram was near, shops close by, all amenities were basically and hands reach. While we slept the organisers were working, you could see how tired they were from their faces but they kept going on. ‎ ماشاءالله Masha’Allah. The complimentary bus service on 10 Dhul Hijjah was brilliant, all the other people I know who booked with different organisers had to walk the journey from Jamaraat to Makkah and then back to Mina Tents. There were things that the organisers weren’t in control of such as coach timings etc but it wasn’t like we waited 3-4 hours for coaches, it would be like 30 minutes late or early etc. the memory I will keep in my mind is a positive one considering how many pilgrims attend Hajj on an annual basis. We had an experience of a life time with our Hajj journey and as I said before the family owned business had their hand in this from the start, giving us messages via WhatsApp, keeping our loved ones updated back in London. Ziyarat, transport, mobile sims were arranged, the pebbles were arranged, fruit and food and bus service from jamaarat back to Makkah was arranged (which no one else provides).
