😊: Very well equipped, comfortable room. Nice view, location great, parking brilliant. Would use again.. 😢: There is an issue: unaccompanied children have entirely taken control of the spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi, steam room) and I became quite worried about their safety. They have taken to leaping from the jacuzzi in to the shallow pool, but there is a solid wall in between them and I felt that the risk of hitting their heads on the edge was significant. Plus they keep running about on the slippery floor. I suggest they invest in a lifeguard..

😊: Very central, parking included, comfortable, great views, hot shower, lots of storage.. 😢: No hand soap for sinks, or kitchen essentials. Small package of water and coffee would have been a nice touch, and not expensive. Towels very old and poor quality, door mat torn and hall carpet covered in dog hair..

Valentine and her colleagues are great. Good service with a smile. ||Area for improvement are the lift(s) and stairs.

Another of many great stays at Les Fermes de Chatel. Easy to reach direct from Geneva Airport which has train service to Thonon-les- Bains and Bus 12 to Chatel in 1.45 hours. You can leave you car at home and relax! Free navettes reach all areas. Beautifully clean and welcoming for all members of the family. Pool, hammam and gym add extra luxury to the holiday. We just needed a new snowfall for New Year, please.

Had the best time here, great rooms and pool. The staff could not have been nicer, Benjamin in particular was a hero from start to finish. Helped us book and made everything easy. Thanks so much

Had a great stay and the facilities are great. The hotel is also close to everything important! Checkout was a bit stressful because you have to do a lot of things yourself (take out trash, take off linen into laundry bag, clean kitchen, etc.), all before 10:00 which is a challenge with small kids! Lastly, the pool temperature was not hot enough and there are no hot showers at the pool which made the experience a bit cold.

😊: It’s vacinity to the lift and the rest of chatel. Staff were courteous.. 😢: Terribl signage to get around the rabbit warren of corridors. Toilet facilities by the gym were broken all week. Building is tired (needs a lick of paint!) online check-in did not work (the link was inactive in all 3 emails received).

Great location, amazing staff, and good value for money! Located next to the ski lift, with a personal ski-locker, we couldn't have asked for a better stay :). Only cons; the wifi is rather bad, and the kitchen is a bit small. However, if you spend your day in the mountains and use one of the many local restaurants for dinner, you'll be all-set.
