The hotel appears recently renovated, and overall we had a comfortable stay. As a 4-star hotel, expectations are naturally a bit higher, and in many areas the hotel delivers. The room was spacious by European standards, very clean, and offered enough storage for our 5-day visit. The shower was particularly good.The air conditioning worked well, and we often used it as white noise, which helped on nights when there was some street noise from nearby bars and restaurants. It was noticeable at times, but not excessive. One drawback was the TV selection, which included only a few English-language news channels. For a multi-day stay, we would have appreciated a bit more variety.Our main concern was the breakfast service. On each morning of our stay—regardless of whether we arrived at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, or even 10:00—several items such as bacon, cheese, ham, and pastries were empty and not replenished during our time there (typically around 30 minutes). When we asked staff, we were told that earlier groups had finished the items. While they eventually restocked some of the food upon request, it took about 15 minutes and required prompting. For a 4-star hotel, a more consistent and proactive approach to replenishing breakfast items would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience.

The lobby gives the impression of an older hotel, but the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. Our room didn’t have a great view, but the location makes up for it—just a 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants, and only 2 minutes to the beach. Breakfast offers a small variety but is fresh and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay in an excellent location.

Hotel is located over a very noisy Karaoke Bar. Difficult to relax when some dude is singing “sex pump” at 10pm at max volume. Great location but loud and obnoxious music going on, completely ruins the experience.

Flawless. This place was excellent throughout our stay. Great location. Clean. Tidy. Renovated. Well priced. Modern inside. Hotel front desk couldn't have been more helpful. they have bookable parking underneath which was fantastic. Great room air conditioning. A decent breakfast that was more than suitable.

Located only 3 minutes by foot from the train station (Juan-Les-Pins) and 2 minutes from the beach, the location is quite superb.||Welcoming and very helpful staff. ||Good breakfast, though a bit expensive (€22). Breakfast can be delivered to room for €2 extra. ||We chose a deluxe room with sea view. It has both city and sea view. The patio furniture is comfortable. ||Large bed. A bit too hard for me, but my wife liked it. ||A/C working properly. ||Located 2-3 blocks away from the beach, there are some street noise (not more than you can expect in a city centre).||Bicycle parking in the basement (not allowed in room)||A very cozy bar next to reception (closes at 10pm)||The room/bathroom is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, minibar, hair dryer, brilliant USB charger outlets, electric drying rack, ||The mini bar wasn't very cold, probably due to the fact that there's no ventilation in the cabinet. We tried to adjust, but it never got cold. ||Shower gel/shampoo in shower, but only a bar of soap by the sink. So we went to the super market 150 metres away to buy liquid soap.||2 minutes by train/20 minutes walk to Antibes. We used the SNCF Connect app for bying tickets. ||Over all a nice hotel and a ditto stay.

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing! The room was a large beautiful suite with a huge balcony with a stunning view. The staff and front desk are so lovely and friendly and always happy to help. A cafe just below was perfect for pastries and coffee which were enjoyed on our balcony. 2min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. |Super easy to jump on a train to Antibes which a fabulous place for more restaurants, cafes, shops and loveliness! |We also hired a moped for the day for 45e— great way to see the coast and other beaches!|We will def be back!

Good people but the place needs service. Couple of critical things in the room were mal functioning or were broken. Otherwise ok stay. Quite close to supermarket, beach and restaurants.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Great location near town centre and beach. We contacted the hotel in advance about our room preference. Our emails were responded to promptly and everything was agreed in advance. When we checked in, we were warmly welcomed, and the room was perfect. It was of a very high standard, and the bathroom shower was very 'high tech'. As we requested, our room was in a quiet part of the hotel. We will be going back in 2026.
