For you British people out there. avoid this place...When it comes to jacuzzis the salesman Richard is completely uninterested in his job... It feels like the client is just wasting his time …I think the worst salesman I have met selling objects over the 5000 euro price tag. also the after sales. I needed to replace my air pump on our jacuzzi which we bought from them 3 years ago... it failed ... ok grab another fit it on... I phoned 4 times.first time I was in the shop. The heavy build guy told me he could not tell me the price then. tomorrow morning he shall give the answer ... no call......I ring again .. they dont respond.... I ring another day 1 week later ... they say they shall ring me back ..... no call ... the next day I ring again ....they shall ring me back later... they didnit ..... Frankly I think its getting a bit stupid now.... I rang today. the Guy tapped on the computer... in 20 seconds he tells me 340 euros .... I already checked the replacement part on the internet before ......114 euro freepost .... they have some interesting stuff in this shop, but are trying to do to many things. For the jacuzzis and aftersales they are absolutely unprofessional.. They should find other staff and have more staff to look their clients.....Basically you can find and order the products much much cheaper elsewhere. If the management reads this review .. better you check your staff in this Albi branch.. The salesman Richard and the aftersales pieces big guy with the beard.. you're losing clients not gaining them ..... like me and another friend which bought another jacuzzi elsewhere .Only because of these two persons.I I could rate this place zero that’s what I would do…

I was happy to arrive on time (11.54) on a saturday in the middle of summer but I was told by the two young girls working there that they were already closed. When I showed them the time and tried to politely explain that all I wanted was three bags of salt that would take two minutes, I was told that I should know that all shops around here close early and it was out of respect for the workers. Rubbish. They have lost a good client. I advise anyone reading this to go to Everblue - Evasions piscines. Though less personal since they enlarged the business, they are still very friendly and helpful, and the quality of the material is genuinely better.

A good team, helpful, friendly and patient. If you're looking to buy an in the ground pool at a decent price i'd recommended them.

It was rather busy, do we did not stay. We will return as the stock appeared very good.
