BEL BASTIT

Rooms are spacious and well kept, many bikes, treadmills...(just if they could add a bench where they put the free weights, not very expensive snd useful). Food is tasty, and waiters / waitresses very helpful. They didn't have a "light" veg dish, I asked for a big plate of cooked / steamed vegetables. They did it, delicious!! Many thanks to the chef and to Sophie!

Big, airy & comfortable however could be cleaner and the tea, coffee or water was not replaced. No shower in the bathroom only a bath. Breakfast wasn’t great. On our 1st morning there was very little hot food left and what was there was cold. The 2nd breakfast on Sunday morning was better. Dinner on Friday was nice. There was a function on the Thursday night with loud music until the early hours and also on Friday I could hear music & found it difficult to sleep. The spa was very nice however closes at lunchtime and because our spa treatment was just before lunch, there was a bit of an argument about the 2 hours complimentary use of the spa for the afternoon. We were told we should have used it in the morning before the treatment. This was not explained however the issue was resolved. All in all not 4 star standard, maybe 3 at best. The hotel building itself was lovely.

Very dated rooms, dirty carpet and curtains have seen better days, it may have been a 4* Hotel once upon a time, however I'm this century... Its far from it. The paintings on the walls also tell the story of a different era... I am trying to highlight the nicer things so here it goes, they do have a sauna and a gym and there are plentyful shops nearby.

Lovely old style hotel with amazing views over the city. Huge lobby and beautiful decor throughout including corridors and rooms. The downsides were that the plumbing was very noisy even late at night and there was no car park (which is expected for a 4* hotel). They told me to go find a city car park. Apart from this, a wonderful place to stay.

We spent 5 days here, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, but there was just a few things that let it down, like no car park, you have to drive a couple of streets down to an underground car park, that cost 12 euros a day, be quick to book for the restaurant, as it gets fully booked, also with regards to the spa, even if you are just using the pool, it has to be booked and charged. 1st time we had this in a spa hotel., Other that that all the staff were very friendly .When we went was also the Carrera festival.

Great location. Well maintained. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

This so called 4 star hotel service means no heater in the room, no car park, no spa included with the price of the room. The rooms are kind of clean, but the balcony pretty dirty... So you're just in a cold, big room where the standard says : we can't do anything, you can just try to complain. Sorry but it makes me regret not to have book a cheap Airbnb and go to the spa as a visitor. There is almost no price difference for the spa when you are a guest!

Renovated art deco hotel!! The rooms are not very fancy or modern, but the hotel compensates with a great spa. Price is quite low for 4 Star hotel but you have to pay 16€/day for the spa so I guess it's ok. If you're coming to enjoy the spa and you don't care much about the room, it's great. Breakfast is good, a lot of different options, most of them local. Dinner is also good but not amazing. Some improvements needed for 5 stars, but overall it's a good ratio for price/quality.
