I selected Daudin as my régie, and they’ve proven to be reliable and professional. They’re easy to reach and always resolve any related issues promptly and efficiently.

Poor communication. 8 weeks after visiting our desired home, and more than 5 weeks after our dossier was accepted, we had to put an end to our project with Daudin. With just a few weeks left until our current lease ended, we still had no idea when our lease was going to start on the house we found through Daudin. We had to make a fast decision to take another house that we admittedly did not like as much, as we feared that we were going to be ghosted by Daudin. In the end, it turns out there was a problem with the current tenants, who were unable to make all of the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Unfortunately we only learned this after informing Daudin we had to lease a different home. Through our home search, this was the only company where we had such an experience. Update: I corrected my review and I added a star to my review after the régie contacted me to explain the fact that the problems I encountered were not their fault, but the current tenants were to blame. I am shocked that they are disappointed to see the updated review. Nonetheless, this does not change the fact that the communication was not proactive or considerate.

Terrible experience in Geneva I left my apartment at the end of June, and Daudin took over from my previous regie in April or May. Daudin asked me to find a new tenant to take over my apartment, so I advertised and arranged two visits. I received several applications and submitted them to Daudin. However, both the candidates and I were left waiting for a response. Much later, Daudin informed us that they wouldn’t accept anyone for the moment because they changed their mind and wanted to renovate the apartment, which wasted both the candidates' and my time. Two or three weeks before I moved out, they requested an inventory check and asked me to stay home several times to accommodate companies measuring various things. During the exit inspection, the inspector pointed out several issues, even though I had hired a cleaning lady who spent hours cleaning. He claimed there was a mark on the light switch and asked me to clean it, despite the renovation company saying the place was already in very good condition, as they would be replacing and renovating everything anyway. Still, I asked the cleaning lady to clean it again. But the worst part was when the inspector pulled the hook on the window shutter, breaking it, and then blamed me for it. I barely used it as there was no need to close the kitchen shutter. Additionally, the bathtub was slightly blocked, likely because there had been no maintenance since 2017, which seems normal as the water drained a bit slowly. They have not released my deposit, claiming they need to wait until the renovations are done before sending me the bills to pay for the blocked bathtub and the hook replacement. After waiting two months, they charged around 350 CHF for the hook, which the inspector broke, and around 240 CHF for the bathtub, which is unfair. The inspector was very cold and unkind. I don’t understand why this regie is so greedy! It was a really bad experience.

We have had a very good experience with our Regie over the past 3 years. They have always been very responsive and have helped us whenever it was needed.

Very bad experience with this company. We had an agreement for buying a property with them and then all of the sudden they changed terms and found excuses to flake on the deal and decided to go with other options without explanations. Avoid as much as possible
