This place is near to the gare and bus stand. You can walk to this place and take all the information regarding visit chambery and it's nearby places. All brochures provided by office de tourisme is very good and detailed. It's help us to visit the chambery very well.

We had pleasure of speaking to Penelope who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. Thanks to Penelope’s help we had a great day in Le Bourget-du-Lac, we also managed to navigate the local buses. We can’t really thank her enough, she was lovely.

If you come to Chambéry we really recommend the walking tour around the city! There are little bronze elephants on the pavement that you can follow around and get to see all of the sights. It's a beautiful 1-2 hour stroll with lots to see and freedom to stop or skip during the "tour". You can get a map of the walking route here at the Tourism Office, making it easier to follow :)

Had a five star experience at tourist information. We were given great info about buses helpful to us during our stay as well as a number of hiking suggestions and detailed walking sheets with maps. Extra information was volunteered to us about activities of interest to us in the area. We came away feeling well armed with everything we would need to enjoy our holiday as well as with inspiration to return to Chambéry for future holidays.

We were welcomed with a smile and served professionally. Now we have a full week of activities.

Fantastic!!! Lilly was exceptionally helpful... I had 12 hours to spend in this lovely town. Lilly spent extra time to organize the most efficient way to see not just the historical sights, but truly get a feel for the community, culture and city life. Office also offers free wifi, electrical charging for phones, computers and small devices. Great walking tour map that takes 90 min if one does not stop.... I took 4hrs - to truly enjoy. Welcome to Chambrey, France!
