They published activities for August without correctly putting the fireworks in. We had noted them down so as to avoid them and enjoy the nights when there were no fireworks. We are extremely sensitive to fireworks and cannot be out when they occur and were walking when suddenly they went off. It was a complet panic and we have spent the last 2 hours trying to calm everyone down. Our holiday has been completely ruined on the first day because they could not keep their schedule up to date. Extremely disappointing.
We loved our stay here. Fantastic site with so much to see nearby. The coastal walks are the best we've ever done. Dog friendly too. Can't ask for more.
Very helpful staff who politely suffered my less than perfect french, then explained in English everything we wanted to know - well worth a visit to get your bearings and a few helpful maps !
