Reserve a tour at Dom and Moet, beautiful champagne houses and great tastings. Epernay is small and easy to stroll in an afternoon.

Easy train station to navigate. Felt very safe with the presence of law enforcement and station staff.

Food...champagne... simple, clean living...did I mention CHAMPAGNE?

The capital of champagne needs a visit if you are at least a bit interested i wine and the culture around it

Train schedules info is totally unreliable! Trains cancelled the entire weekend but no info shown! Still shows trains running but takes an unusually much longer time (because buses are used instead but also no info on this anywhere!)

Small train station that needs refurbishment. But the roaming service staff here were nice, announcing to us which platform our train was expected and telling us when our train had arrived, even before the platform had been announced on the screens.

Good for a day escape from Paris.
