ECOVEA

Their website has not been working for nearly one week, and I messaged them on one of their Leboncoin adverts as they're advertising solar panels for sale in Mérignac Bordeaux, just a few km away, but I've not received any response, so I can't go and buy a solar panel as I can't contact them for their address. Since leaving this review, I received a messages on one of my items on Leboncoin asking if it's available. After checking the user who sent the message, it's Ecovea who are using a second account. This is confirmed as they are also selling solar equipment, using images watermarked with the name "ECOVEA" and are based in the same location in Paris. I don't know what games they're playing at, or their intentions, but this is very unprofessional. I've also since got a response from Ecovea on Leboncoin asking for me to remove the negative review on Google, but when I asked why they are messaging me from a second account, they are claiming they are not. Even when everything points to the same name. The message received from Ecovea was received at 11:42, and the message received from their second account was received at 11: 44. I replied to the second account saying my item was still available and they have read the message but because I asked them on their first account why they are messaging me from a second account, they have not responded to the message on my item. Many messages were sent back and forth to Ecovea and they ended up threatening me with a police report over a Google review. They also claim to have my IP address and personal information. Obviously I strongly recommend people do not have any dealings with Ecovea as they are difficult to contact, compulsive liars, and threatening when they don't like a genuine review they receive. Hopefully Ecovea learn from there extremely unprofessional ways of doing business and change the ways they act for future customers.
