Very unfriendly and rude staff! They show up to pick up items from an auction house as "professional couriers" — without any equipment or proper packaging material. When the representative from Mercury Mobility (remember they market themselves as "Prestigious world wide moving") started taking an insane amount of our expensive and high-quality packing paper, provided for our private clients, I politely asked him to use less. In my opinion, professional couriers should bring their own materials. After packing everything, he came back just to grab a bit of his own packaging to bring it as a "gift" (very low quality paper which is not expensive) and told us not to "cry." Great representation of the company. Would not recommend.

Ils sont dans mon appartement depuis deux jours pour emballer et charger le conteneur pour un déménagement international. Toute l'équipe a très bien travaillé. Fernando, Benites et "le Brésilien" étaient très gentils et professionnels. Tout était très bien emballé et l'appartement n'avait aucun reste d'emballage. Merci beaucoup!
