We most importantly appreciated the flexibility and the ability to make some last minute changes, additions and deletions. Fabienne stayed with us throughout the yearlong process with suggestions. We used this company for our small wedding in France. To give some credit I chose them because they had good options for seating arrangements and I fell in love with a chair they offered and these did turn out looking beautiful. However, two of the heaters we ordered didn’t work properly and two lamps were ordered were not charged whatsoever. Additionally the cost of delivery for what you get is a bit absurd. Dropping off one truck load of items for an 18 person wedding with no set up and going up 5 steps with 2 of the items should not cost what this did. If I could go back I would have shopped around more for similar items with either a more reasonable delivery cost or some included set up/take down.
