I rented two chalets in Chamonix for my family - Le Favre and Belachat - with Mountain Base for the bank holiday weekend at the end of May and can 100% recommend the whole experience! Aside from the amazing location and views to die for, the staff and communications were fantastic and we wanted for nothing - fluffy towels, lots of toilets rolls (essentials!), a jacuzzi which was always perfect temperature at both places and both places were spotless. Thank you Mountain Base - we have some incredible memories that I shall never forget!

Rented a chalet in Chamonix through Mountain Base and found them to be incredibly helpful and accommodating with our large group even when we had an unexpectedly late arrival to town. They responded quickly to any inquiry and were proactive about checking in with us via text once we reached town and to follow up on questions. Would definitely use them again for a future trip!

Cowboys. They are not a good customer service. Their chalets are not good size. Dont get fooled by the pictures. Also if you are above 60years old, please take care. Their chalets are not safe. If you complain they dont give your money back. We did rent two chalets from them paying more than 15k and both had lots of problems. Please be aware.
