We have used these location three years in a row when we went skiing at Les Carroz. The hotel is about 20 mins away from the telecabine. The rooms are clean and there is free parking in front. There is a dining area where you can have breakfast in the morning and you can bring food to eat for lunch or evening. The views are not that great if that's what you are after but the great advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the slopes at Les Carroz and other locations too. There is a big supermarket about 5 mins away where you can find a laundromat of you need it.

I’m posting this now before the end of my stay in the hope that somebody from the hotel will respond to my emails. I arrived today after a whole day of travel only to find one towel between two of us. I did message the hotel four hours ago to ask for a second towel but I’ve had no response since. I have again emailed the hotel now and I’m waiting for a response. It is not good enough that one of us will have to go unshowered because of the lack of a towel. It’s both unhygienic and disgusting. I know this is possibly an oversight but someone must be available to sort these things out quickly. I’m happy to upgrade my posting and my review when and if I get a second towel quickly.

The hotel is located half an hour from Chamonix, yet the room is clean and the bed is comfy. It doesn’t offer any amenities like flip flops, hairdryer but I guess you can ask from the front desk to have it. Staff is efficient and friendly. Not a bad choice 😊

Wonderful staff. “Ihane” was so friendly each morning as we entered the breakfast area; in fact, she conveyed such a warm and welcoming tone every time we saw her. Hotel is still quite new. Fresh linens on comfortable mattress & pillows. Tiny shower, but functional. Breakfast was variety of rolls, yogurt, eggs & bacon. Central location between Chamonix, Geneva and Annecy (if your goal is to visit all three places.(

Simple budget friendly hotel for short night overstay. Good parking services. Extra points for the high number of power plugs in the room to charge your devices.

The reservation was good, rooms are cleaned, the staff are polite. The service is well.

Very good hotel with confortable rooms. The staff is professional and helpful, especially Guillaume, whose support and kindness were greatly appreciated.

This is a very nice place that we used as a transit stop during our trip to Mont Blanc. There are plenty of shops and dining options nearby, and the check-in process was very convenient. We've stayed at this hotel twice already and plan to stay here again.
