I had a wonderful stay at this villa and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The location is absolutely stunning — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and disconnect. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. What truly made the difference, though, was the host, Cristina. She is an exceptional person — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to her guests’ needs. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return anytime. A perfect place for a quiet and memorable getaway!

A cosy B&B just a few minutes’ drive from the Promenade des Anglais, and about 15 minutes’ walk to the tram#2 which can take you along the coast. The room was nice and clean, complete with A/C (we didn’t have to use it), and a fridge. The bed is comfortable, the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but I like it rather firm. The bathroom is small but has everything, including a good shower. We had delicious breakfasts in the garden.|Our host Cristina is oozing charm, she was extremely efficient and helpful. She explained us how to use the tram and buses and even had a rechargeable tram ticket ready. She also gave excellent tips on where to park the car, and how to get to the places we wanted to visit.|

Cristina is definitely one of the best hosts you will ever meet during your travels. Staying at villa Bellabé feels like visiting an aunt you have not seen in a long time – one who truly cares about you and your partner and makes sure you feel welcome and comfortable throughout your stay. Breakfast at Cristina’s villa is a special ritual: enjoying coffee or tea outside in the peaceful surroundings, listening to the birds singing, and simply relaxing. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Nice, this is definitely the right choice.

I have never in my life experienced someone with such a passion for what they do as much as Christina. We were treated with such kindness a top notch service that I would give her 10 stars if I could. Everything was clean and the breakfast was amazing. If I am ever in France again I will be returning here as well.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Bellabé. Cristina is a wonderful host, very friendly and attentive. We found the quietness of her house a welcome break from the hustle of downtown/the old Nice (we had spent the previous 2 days at a hotel, on the Promenade des Anglais). The rooms were very clean and breakfast excellent. We enjoyed the garden a lot, especially when we ordered food from a local restaurant after a day spent walking around and had dinner under the stars. Be aware that walking to/from the beach (the house is on a hill) will take you about 20 minutes, which can be a little daunting at night or if you have mobility issues.

Christina was super nice and explained everything to us that we needed to know. Even for the smallest things we could ask her. The room was clean and nice looking. The Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. We would always come back and can highly recommend it. Thanks to you Christina, Kim and Leon

I had a really good time at villa bellabe. Christina is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a nice garden outside and an excellent breakfast. Very rocommended.
