Pablo gave us great recommendations. The tourism website is fantastic and the tourist information office is first rate. Pau does it right!

I am not big on gift shops usually but this one has a very well selected high quality selction! beautiful postcards, posters, dish towels and more. i recomennd!

What a fantastic and friendly service!!!!! I went there to get some info about hiking spots still open this late in the season (end November) they started calling around to the different locations in the mountains to check if the hikes where still open.

Very helpful and provided plenty of information and advice on Pau and surrounding areas for our long stay in Pau. Currently in a temporary location due to renovations very short walk.

Thank you Cecile for all your help during our stay in Pau! You taught me twice how to use the parking meter properly. You and your colleague( is it Stephane? ) helped us with every request that we had, to make our stay so full and enjoyable! The piece de resistance was the Casse-croute Vinerone at Chateau Jolys. You knew it would suite us and it did. It was especially good for my husband who is somewhat handicapped. He could walk there easily. It was a pleasure to meet you both at the Tourist Office. Nice town

Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful. They have amazing knowledge and have really nice souvenirs.

I went to the tourism office looking for information about outdoor activities in the Pyrenees as a solo traveller and by public transport. Was told that there are no organised trips even though I've since seen numerous companies that go including some that are advertised outside the tourism office. Then was given information about buses that go to the Pyrenees, allowing me to do a day hike. Got to early, waited for the 7.33 bus, turns out it doesn't go on a Saturday. Really bad advice all round.
