Château de Creissels. Absolutely Loved It! Some places just have it all, and this is one of them. The hosts are genuinely welcoming, warm, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years. The restaurant is something else. The chef really knows what they’re doing, and the view from the table makes the whole thing even better. We stayed way longer than planned, which says it all really. Breakfast was great too, nothing to complain about there. The hotel itself is a proper gem. Loads of character, comfortable, and with that kind of atmosphere you can’t really manufacture. It just feels like a special place. We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was dinner each evening, the staff and the food was superb. We visited Oct/Nov. Highly recommend!

Its a beautiful building in a lovely location with a fabulous vaulted restaurent in what was originally the cellar. The pool looked wonderful but the weather was against us so we didnt use it. Fantastic views to Millau Bridge. I'd recommend staying in the 'ancient' rooms rather than the newer ones. We were originally shown a contemporary room with terrace but they're a bit dark and characterless which was at odds with the building and why you'd want to stay there. We asked for an alternative and were immediately offered (at no extra charge) one of the ancient rooms which was just lovely. Bigger, brighter with lovely views and a huge bed. Dinner was delicious and, if your dog is well behaved, they're OK with you bringing them. One of the highlights was walking through the back of the carpark and immediately out to the most beautiful walk up through the hills, waterfalls and to a hilltop with fabulous views over the bridge and town. Breathtaking! It's very much a hotel rather than the other chateaus we stayed in which were still owned by the original families. So it had a hotel feel rather than the intimacy. But we very much enjoyed our stay

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We had a very warm welcome and shown to our room. Room was beautifully clean, lots of character and great view over the old part of town and the millau bridge. Bed was super comfy, shower really good and plenty of storage. Great dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed the pool and pre dinner drinks in the beautiful garden. Thoroughly recommend staying here. Staff were great:)

This place is hard to wrap your mind around. It's the epitome of luxury, modernity, and old-world charm. The building is gorgeous, steeped in history, the grounds are immaculate, and one feels isolated from the pressures of everyday life. As has been noted, the staff are wonderful. They're attentive to guests, they can recommend restaurants and other amenities around town, and they make the restaurant experience amazing. So, so, so accommodating. People say the rooms leave a little something to be desired, but I'm not concerned with it. Our view from the window was enchanting, and for the half hour or so I was awake in the room, I'm not sure what there is to complain about. The entire rest of the environment and experience were delightful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Our castle room was spacious and luxurious, with the added bonus of a distant viaduct view. The staff were very gracious and the public areas very stately. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal, with excellent service from the team of restaurant staff. A most enjoyable stay which we would recommend to anyone spending time in the area.

An unforgettable experience to stay in this grand old château with quality modern conveniences and welcoming staff. There is a fine atmospheric restaurant, a good view of the amazing viaduct from the grounds and a nearby waterfall walk for the dog. For us, perfect!

Such a charming chateaux in Millau. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The view over the bridge, lovely staff to deal with and a relaxed vibe. ||The restaurant had a great ambience. We enjoyed the meals, but felt they could have had more flavour . All in all was a relaxed pleasant stay.
