😊: It was very handy and the staff were really friendly. They moved us down the floor when they realised how old we were!. 😢: It wasn’t clear that the hotel did not have reception facilities outside of very specific hours..

A very reasonably priced bar with a 3 course lunch buffet at 11€. Add a 25cl wine or cider for just a couple euros more. There was a sufficient choice of items in each category without being too big. In addition, the staff was friendly and efficient. I chose chicken fillet in typical Normand style with real mashed potatoes and thin tender green beans which I found very tasty. The desserts were house made tarts, fruit or self serve ice creams. I had to smile at the sign on the main dish buffet warning of a 3€ extra charge for wasting food! Good for them! I noticed also that the hotel room prices were between 50 - 60 euros online but didn't see the rooms. I will certainly return for lunch another day soon.

We stayed here for three nights. The owner is neither friendly nor helpful. There was wifi as advertised but it only works in the hall or the dining room. Wifi never worked in our room. When we brought it up with the owner he told us he was closed for the evening and never addressed the issue. The room was not clean, the bedsheets were stained, as was the wall. The bathroom was ok but only had two large towels, no hand towels. I left the hotel with bug bites, unable to determine the exact nature of the bites. We absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who values sanitary conditions.

Clean comfortable room. Don't expect a 5 star hotel and you wont be disappointed

Looks renovated. Old on the outside slightly new on the inside. Fine for the night.
