Excellent customer service and technical support. My LG washing machine had a malfunction, and the assistance I received was flawless from start to finish. The technician, Christophe, demonstrated outstanding professionalism. He was courteous, precise in his explanations, and extremely efficient. The defective component was replaced immediately, and he performed a full functional and leak test to confirm everything was in perfect order.
