Really lovely staff, happy, friendly and always willing to help - excellent. ||Food very basic but ok and staff willing to try and accommodate special needs.||Rooms differ - be aware that this centre caters for groups of teenagers - rules of the establishment are adhered to and all is usually quiet after 10pm||Some rooms are beyond basic with only a bed!! Others have television and other furniture. Many rooms have bathrooms shared between two rooms. Swimming pool padlocked during our stay which was a shame as it looked so inviting. Setting above the town gives great views over the bay. Limited parking on site. Suitable for hostel type accommodation particularly for the young.||||My bathroom had a horrible smell from ? drains. Rooms supplied with a dustpan and brush for guest to clean room. Wifi unstable but good when it worked.

I am rating quality, not value. If it was value (confort/$$$) the rating will be 4 stars. But I hated that has no air conditioning, no cleaning or fresh towels every day. I needed minimum comfort of a basic hotel.

Generally speaking, you will be sharing a bathroom with the room next door - not always convenient. There are no hooks to hang things like towels up to dry and the showers are not at all enclosed which results in the floor often being flooded. With half board you will not experience any good cooking. However it is cheap!!

Somewhere between a motel and a campanile. Friendly people and guests. Swimming pool. Suit young family and youth sports teams. Near bus and mainline train.
