Let me begin by stating that both women working at the front desk are amazing, friendly to simply put it super, and their quality of service keeps me from rating this hotel as a 1. The rooms were absolutely old, filthy, and in need of repair, especially the bathroom, and they do not look anything like the booking pictures. The location is close to town with the bus. I would only recommend this hotel for a night if you really have to. The coffee was good, and getting extra towels was easy.

Terrific value for a low price. Super quiet room overlooking the back parking lot with AC and perfectly adequate facilities as others have detailed. But far above all were the two ladies staffing the front desk in the evenings. Both could be employee of the year with their patience with these Americans! We stayed two additional nights. Restaurant was closed so we had no chance to try it.

We booked 2 rooms here for 1 night. Rooms were comfortable. Parking was secure. Hotel was easy to find. Although it's next to a busy road, there was no problem with noise. Shower was fine - over bath - neither great nor bad. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. ||||On the downside, we booked breakfast with low expectations - thinking it would gets a warm drink and some baguette - we've had buffet breakfasts in similar hotels before - Formule 1 etc - so we know what to expect. Unfortunately it failed to meet even our low expectations - no baguette (just some bread rolls), some cake and cereal that were ok. coffee - not that fresh. croissants etc - small - ok-ish. Some old bacon, sausage and scrambled egg that were just terrible - inedible. I wasn't expecting any hot food and I would have preferred fresh bread and croissants over failed sausage bacon and egg any day. Wasn't value for money at about 9 euros each.||||I will stay there again and would recommend it - but will not have breakfast.

Good:|1. Small and ok hotel, not fancy but there are a lot of better options in centre of Grenoble.|2. Near to the office.||Bad:|1. Breakfast is next to nothing, no options.|2. Noisy hotel, can hear voices from adjacent rooms.|3. No restaurants nearby. Limited options for dinner.

You get what you pay for! |The hotel needs refurbishment and the rooms are very small but the beds are comfortable. Staff are disinterested and the breakfast minimal. On 2 mornings there was only 1 sausage, a few pieces of bacon and a dried spoonful of scrambled egg an hour before breakfast finishing. The orange juice ran out and no more was available.

No frills hotel, tiny parking spaces available, front gate should close at 10pm (but wasn't), keypad to access the lobby and rooms. Make sure to be there at 9pm for check in because it is not a 24h reception (although staff was friendly and waited for us to check in a little later than 9). Wifi is good, rooms were clean and didn't smell.

A lovely, big comfortable bed with different pillow choices helped me to go to sleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. Quick and efficient service and good explanation of how to open the rooms as there was a special procedure. There was also a nice tabby cat to stroke in the reception.

Very good value for price - beside a bus station ( C4 or 12 i do not remember) - the WiFi setting is restricting the whatsapp and messenger call videos !!! - we might have missed our train to Paris then our flight to Cairo in the day due to a taxi lag , and a lady called Magaline from the hotel staff connected us to the train station by her own car . Deeply appreciate this manner from her and the Hotel.||Thanks
