Installers Kenny and Gordon showed up on time along with Aubrey the duct cleaning specialist. It was a complete system change out from my old HAVC system to the new Fujitsu Omnibus system. Both installers as well as the duct cleaner all were professional and did a great job. I was highly satisfied with the installation and the quality of the system. I would highly recommend!

Kenny and Billy were fantastic!! They had a cancelation and worked us in 2 days prior to scheduled install. They were fast and very professional and so nice! They even put our fence back up after installing the unit! Cullen was so good to find a unit at the best price for our home and gave us good direction on how to proceed with the most cost effective outcome! Aaron made our lives so much easier with the down payment and approval process. Truly an amazing team at Air Supreme!!! If I could give more stars I would!! Thanks guys!!

Super great company! I called this morning and was able to have someone come out today and fix my AC unit. With it being 80 degrees inside and out this was a true blessing. If you are looking for a good company this is it! Craig was super nice and this was the best experience I’ve ever had.

Edited to add: When making the decision to repair or replace, Cullen explained the value in replacing our units with more efficient units and how they would cut our electricity bill way down! Friends, he wasn’t kidding! Our electricity bill just went from $1k to $561.45!! ! The more efficient units are worth it, the proof is there! The sales and service has been excellent. Gordon came to clean the duct work after install and was very kind and professional. We signed up for the service package to make sure the investment we made in our HVAC systems continues to be cared for by the best!

Kenny, Billy, & Kylie did a great job installing a new HVAC and AC for us. They were very nice and polite also they did very well cleaning up after they were done with the installation. Terry gave us a great deal on the total price for equipment and installation. We had such a great experience with Air Supreme Heating and Air! From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and efficiently. Cullen helped us get everything set up with picking out the unit and setting up financing. He also brought us 3 heaters to help us make it through the few days we had to wait for the install. The installers — Kenny, Billy, and Austin — did an amazing job getting our new system set up. They were friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything before they left. You can really tell they care about their work and making sure the customer is happy. Our home already feels so much more comfortable! Excellent service. The two technicians I had, Kenny and Billy, got the job done very quickly and professionally. They communicated well and made the whole process silky smooth. Terry was great through the whole process.

Billy, Austin, and Kenny were very respectful, caring, and kind to us. They answered all of our questions. They did a walk through and explained everything. They were at our home for 12 hours (installed the AC unit outside and unit inside), so it was a long day for them. We applaud them because we didn't have air conditioning and they were out in the heat.
