Great customer service and great ladder at bargain price. Really happy.

UPDATE In their answer they say I was offered the possibility of a reimbursement: I haven't!!!!!! I bought a ladder and the customer service was quite helpful throughout the ordering process. But then once they had my money things changed. I got a product that was not built properly (2 sides of the ladder were not the same length) and that was also damaged. The customer service never replied to my requests. I should have trusted all the bad reviews that were already on the web. Please do not do the same mistake than I did, do not order from them.

Scammers, be careful. Order Never received. Impossible to reach.
