( a plus second star for eliotte ) I made an order from the teamaxe website, planning to go to Toulouse from abroad for business after New Year's Eve. Since I was abroad during the order payment step, their technical infrastructure did not allow my credit card. On the same day, I wrote to customer service and reported the problem. They politely spoke to me in English and said that they would send the products to the Toulouse branch on the date I specified. They said I would receive it by making my payment. I informed customer service 3 weeks in advance for my trip, which I planned 25 days in advance. I could easily pick up the store on the exact day. I found it and visited it. Inside, a friend named Eliotte helped me as much as he could even though he didn't know much English, but they didn't even know about this order. I asked him to go to his manager and ask. He came in less than 2 minutes and said that his manager didn't know either, so they missed the 2000 euro order. I visited the store. and Eliotte helped me with everything, but none of the products I wanted are even in the shelves of the store, so you can go and come back empty-handed even for something simple. I would like to thank Eliotte, I would advise him to find a better workplace, such as Speedway or Dafy Moto. Then I wrote to customer service again and asked why they were victimizing me, they did not even bother to answer me. So I went and bought every product from Speedway and Dafy-Moto. If you trust teamaxe, you will be left half way through.

Super accueil et sav au top ! La commande de mon intercom encore sous garantie ne fonctionnait plus. On me l'a remplacée immédiatement par une neuve. Grosse galère pour faire l'appairage et la mise à jour, grosse patience du vendeur ! Je suis reparti avec le casque et intercom opérationnel. Encore MERCI !

J’adore ce magasin. Prix corrects et surtout vendeurs très sympas, compétents, et de très bon conseil. Ça vaut largement la petite différence de prix avec les sites internet.

Des p’tits gars bien sympas , motivés, engagés , disponibles et compétents Le stock, les prix et l’emplacement sont au rdv … Que demande le peuple motard de plus ? Ben , à vrai dire , pas grand chose. Notre adresse réflexe ou l’on est certain de passer un bon moment et généralement d’y trouver notre bonheur Continuez comme ça , vous êtes en pôle 🏍️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Dès que j'entre chez Teamaxe, je retrouve un bon accueil, une équipe disponible, des conseils pertinents et professionnels. Un problème ? Une solution, parfois arrangeante si nécessaire. Depuis quelques années, TEAMAXE est devenue pour moi motard, un lieu incontournable de la place toulousaine. Je recommande sans hésiter.
