The driver do not deliver the good, do not notify where it is, the agency resend the good and blame you for not having given instruction! Also, when by chance, they are able to find a office of 300 people on the 1st number of an avenue, they only accept checks or cash for paying customs clearance fees. However, the invoice is sent by email.

The delivery driver doesn’t call or message you and even you have rescheduled your delivery date they just return your package to the sender without any notification..my two expensive package got returned because of them on top that the sender won’t refund me

The reprogramming service is absolutely useless. It never delivers on the chosen date, making the whole process a waste of time. Even after carefully rescheduling and planning around the new delivery date, the package still doesn’t arrive as promised. This unreliable service creates unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. In the end, I always have to travel all the way to the agency to pick it up myself, defeating the entire purpose of home delivery.

The delivery is WORST i waited for my package the deliver came to my city but never delivered my package !!! It’s the 2nd time now ! Always have a worst experience with this CLOSE THE COMPANY or fried that deliver

WORST, why dont you close the company. it best you and for and all. being rude is what you are good at, never will understand what customer satisfaction is.

The worst service ever. Never showed up and they lied to the customers that they came to the delivery point. They don’t keep their expected delivery date and time either. They don’t even plan to send the package again and cancel the delivery and ask the customers pick up at the main office. Unacceptable and do not use Chronopost service. Waste of time and money. Not even deserve 1 star

I got my delivery (a gift for a friend) while literally running to catch my train towards said friend. Amazing communication and delivery!
