The place is so cool, have lots of stuff to have fun with; pool, babyfoot, ping-pong, volleyball court and a seating area just to relax. Have wide space for get-together and other meetings. I loved it here

I lived here for a year and a half. Cool place all around. Furniture was very clean and feels like new. A lot of commodities nearby as well. The residence’s gym is a big plus. Etat des lieux de sortie was fair. Thanks to Maxime for his professionalism. (Removing one star because of the laundry machines, that are a bit expensive and do break down often).

Before moving in, I had to pay the reservation and all the fees without visiting the apartment, because that is the policy of this residence. On the phone, I was told that the studio would look exactly like the pictures on their website. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was shocked to see that my apartment was in a very bad condition and nothing like the pictures. The bed has a strong unpleasant smell that makes it impossible to sleep on, even after trying to clean it. The kitchen is in a poor state, with damaged furniture, and I also noticed a lot of ants around the sink, probably due to the broken wood. The bathroom floor is also in bad condition. I reported these issues immediately and asked for urgent repairs or a change of apartment. Someone from the staff came to check the apartment after I insisted at the reception, but since then I haven’t received any follow-up, no email, and no confirmation of any solution. I did receive a generic reply from the residence, telling me to contact a certain email, but despite emailing them multiple times, I never received any real response. It’s been 10 days, and I’m still stuck in an apartment that is not livable in its current condition. And there’s this random noise that doesn’t stop and I don’t know the source of it 😩. I am sharing this review with photos (except for the smell, which is of course not visible) so that future residents know the reality of my experience. I really hope the management will take action and provide real solutions quickly.

There is mold in my room, which is very unhealthy, and they don’t seem to care about it at all. I have sent 2–3 emails asking them to fix the problem or change my room, but I haven’t received any response. As an international student living in Paris, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've yet to move in, but so far everyone I've spoken to has been super helpful and really nice. They always respond promptly to emails and try to accommodate different needs. The lady who was doing the visits was very friendly and the guy who was at reception at the time, although our interaction was brief, also seemed nice. I usually talk to a different third person through emails, who is quite knowledgeable and kind as well. I really recommend this place, specially considering the staff I've met so far!

WORST manage team ever. Arrogant, Aggressive, Unable to communicate. They are extremely inefficient, making mistakes every day, yet they are incredibly harsh on the residents. Britany is very rude.

I lived at Ecla Massy-Palaiseau for 13 months, and overall, it was a positive experience. This residence offers a good environment with plenty of shared workspaces, ensuring you’ll rarely feel bored. The staff deserves special mention for their responsiveness, politeness, and promptness in handling various requests, which made my stay much more comfortable. Although the location is a bit distant from Paris, it’s compensated by being in a clean, pleasant, and safe area, conveniently connected by two RER lines (B and C). Along the route from the RER station, you’ll find plenty of shops, cafes, and bakeries. Recently, a Carrefour opened just a minute away, adding to the convenience. On the downside, the walls in my studio weren’t spotless, showing signs of regular wear. However, the manager took photos during check-in, documenting any existing marks so that I wouldn’t be held responsible. I recommend carefully noting any issues upon arrival and informing the management to avoid potential charges later. Also, the beanbag chairs could use cleaning or updating after tenants move out. It would be nice if the windows were cleaned more frequently than once a season, and I was slightly disappointed by the cost of the final cleaning. Special thanks to Florida, the manager who handled my check-out inspection. She was professional, thorough, and very polite, making the process smooth and transparent. Thank you very much :)

I stayed here 5 months. The management is horrible, they charged me more than the agreed rent twice and to rectify it took dozens of emails and personal meetings with the managers. After that they tried to charge me a late payment fee because it took too much time for them to remove the wrong balance. All the hallways are very dirty and rarely cleaned (the only cleaned are the ones at the ground floor). The cinema rooms are very dirty and only 1 out of 4 actually work. If you try to say something about it the will reply with (I cannot do anything). You can ask anything to the reception the reply will always be "I cannot do that". They even charged me cleaning fee after leaving by saying "there are a few drops of water in the fridge". Given that they do not do checkouts during the weekends I had to book one night in the hotel part. I gently asked to do the check-in for that 1 hour early and they asked me to pay 30 euros for that. Please if you have the opportunity go somewhere else
