Unfriendly, unhelpful. Was there to ask about our fiber connection which is stuck in limbo for months now. The lady barely listened to anything I tried to explain and repeatedly told me that there's nothing they can do to get rid of me. Avoid this place if you're looking to get anything sorted out.

I will stay at Caen for one month. Me and my colleagues needed sim cards with lots of data for one month. 9 sim cards full of data and good price were ready in less than half an hour. Excellent job! I would like to thank the employees for the professional attitude and the very good communication skills in English! I don't remember the name but I was absolutely satisfied with their performance!!

employees are great but my god stay away from this horrible internet / phone company. internet is down many times a month along with the data for the phone. by far the worst service i have ever seen my in my entire life.

1 st Time i was told to wait outside like a dog because i have multiple cuts and open scars on my hands due to my job and cannot use thé alcoolique gel, After i stated that i would keep my hands in my jacket pockets

Machine didn’t work and i had to pay twice, they said they would give me refund but I’m not very sure about that
