At once we came in the security guard was looking weird and following us. Felt creeped out i went and payed did not buy a bag put my stuff in my purse. The guard started to yell at me in french i don’t know what he said. I took out my receipt and he looked like he was angry that i did pay for my stuff

The staff is nice when you're trying to buy, but god forbid you ask for a refund for something you didn't like. The manager is super condensending borderline rude, she tonned it down only when she found out I was a regular. I wasn't even being rude. I don't know if saying "I didn't like it" as a reason for the return ticked her off. It's unfortunate because I really like this sephora and I only had good experience there, but I guess it's cause they were taking my money . She did give me my refund I'm greatful that at least.

From the moment me and my sister walked in we were getting followed by the security guard. The rest of the staff was rude and did not speak english. They took advantage of the fact that we are young (teens) and don’t speak french. I would recommend going to the other Sephora in La Rochelle.

The service in this shop is very poor! When I went there for the first time, I thought that the staff were too busy to serve me. It wasn't until my second and third visits that I found out that this was not the case. Because I am Asian, they have racial discrimination, so even if I have needs, they ignore me! I'm very angry. I spend it in Sephora many times a year, but this is the first time I've encountered this kind of thing in Sephora!!!

A great shop with great customer care! Lovely and helpful shop assistants!

My daughter has just visited this shop with her friend whilst on holiday . She accidentally dropped a bottle of spray , which wasn’t damaged . A staff member shouted at her and made her buy the product . There was obviously a language barrier , but it’s totally unprofessional to shout at a customer , who clearly is a child!

Verry agressive staff, also could not speak english. We were also being followed by the security guard.

Excellent Sephora and provided a good shopping sanctuary for our daughter whilst we visited La Rochelle on holiday this year
