Order stuff on farfetch and returned back for 6 days already and no procsss of refund yet. Such a worst customer service and can’t even call from Australia. Recommend not to buy stuff from this store.

I bought the paco rabanne bag from them. The stripe got detached after I use it once. I sent it back , hoping to get a refund. Now they are saying that the box arrived damaged and they refuse to give me a refund. The worst costumer experience I ever had. I’m so sad that I didn’t check this reviews before buying from them. Please avoid purchasing from them !!
