I've been to this salon twice: one as a customer and the second one to accompany my husband. I was very well treated both times. I did my colour with Laurine - she was very sweet and took her time to really look at my hair and make her suggestions. Then Stephane cut my hair - super nice and very professional. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks. A few weeks later, I went with my husband. Patrick cut his hair. He took his time to talk to my husband and listen to the way he wanted his hair cut. My husband looked really nice with his fresh haircut. I was offered something to drink while I waited. I would definitely recommend this salon if you want to be well taken care of.

Always a wonderful experience. Patrick is a professional hairdresser who always listens, makes suggestions and creates a beautiful look tailored to suit your unique style. Over the many years I’ve been coming to this salon I have never once been disappointed. I can highly recommend them.

Unwelcoming, unfriendly service, contrary to what it should be (and states on the website). The highlights were not bad but too few, especially on the lower layers, which created a lot of dark shadows. The shampoo was not well washed off (there was still loads on the back of my head). When I asked to be rinsed better, I got sarcasm. The person who had done my highlights promised she would come back to check my highlights after my brushing, but completely ignored me, although she passed by to get products for another client. Also the person who blow-dried my hair was rather arrogant, especially when I dared to (politely) ask how I wanted my fringe to fall. Again, I got arrogant looks and my request was ignored (he knew better, but the results were just not there!). I then had to insist as my hair was totally falling in my face. Finally, I was not even offered anything to drink until much later, thanks to a lovely young lady (Laurine). To conclude, when I go to the hairdresser, I should be able to relax and be pampered, just as the salon's mission statement says. And the client's happiness is key, so one should be listened to, even more at such a price point. In my country, I am treated like a queen at my hairdresser's, with a million attentions and great warmth/advice/concern for one's wellbeing. And this is from start to end to ensure one gets the best possible outcome/client satisfaction. By the way, I am talking about the most prominent salon in Vienna! That's truly regretful as the two owners seem truly nice - I do hope corrective action will be taken for this not to repeat itself. Imagine that I even did a lot of effort to lighten up the rather heavy atmosphere/do conversation (which should not be up to me!) unfortunately to not much avail!

Exemplary service, efficient online booking, and attends to an international set of customers w/multiple languages spoken. Magnificent hair wash station that is worth the visit alone. Clean and nice location/facilities.

I took both of my three-year-old daughter and myself to the salon this past month and would highly recommend it. They were very helpful in helping me decide what I should do with my hair, and did a wonderful job with the color and cut. It’s probably the best haircut I’ve ever received! The salon was beautiful and very relaxing, and everyone who worked there was very kind and friendly. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!

The point is the colour has not taken well on the roots (on two attempts) i paid 152EUR for it, and didnt even get an apology. In response to your reply from 18/02 why didnt you say that '10 minutes' would have not been enough for the colour to take in? Thank you

Today I came to see Monday's schedule for the next appointment and I realized that I never made a comment about the magnificent support in the transition from dyed hair to natural gray hair, professional, always listening and with the best and appropriate advice a result always fresh and chic. Great cut & service in a stunningly beautiful yet serene environment- absolutely loved this place. Laurent cuts with the care and precision of a heart surgeon. Best haircut I ever had in Brussels - by a long margin.
