Excellent repair service, fast and effective and very good customer communication! Highly recommended!

I am leaving this review after multiple failed attempts to resolve my case directly ( AMAZON FR RETURN) This was my 10th attempt to contact customer service (phone, chat, and email). Each time I was promised that someone would contact me within 48 hours. No one ever did. Days pass, and there is complete silence. I returned my headphones on January 6th to the service center indicated by the company. The courier had to attempt delivery four times before it was finally accepted, which already shows a lack of organization. Since then, I have been asking for any update. Instead of answers, my chats were disconnected. The most shocking experience was during a phone call when I was told that if I do not speak French, I cannot be transferred further because the department only speaks French. There was no information at the time of purchase that French would be mandatory for support. This is unacceptable and discriminatory treatment. To this day, I have neither my product nor my money. I was also promised reimbursement of shipping costs, which I have not received despite sending the invoice. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

I'll only give you 4 stars otherwise in the future you wouldn't be able to do better. I'm still waiting for my Fairphone 3+ which should be delivered tomorrow, so I can't say anything about the repair.

I was really afraid to send my phone because of so many bad reviews, but I did and didn't regret it. I needed to change inner screen film on Honor Magic V2. It took 2,5 weeks aprox with shipping and everything was done well. Phone looks like new! Everything was done under warranty and didn't cost me a penny. So, overall great service! Sad to hear that people having so many troubles, in my case it was perfect. Thank you a lot! Great job!

Karine from Cordon recently helped us very competently: my brother had send a mobile phone for repair, and speaking only German (not English or French, thus not understanding the instructions), he did not send the required paperwork, only the phone. Karine went out of her way to help us send the documents via email, connect them to the phone, and even helped retrieve the phone which UPS had sent to the wrong company... We are very thankful to Karine for her pro-active and thoughtful help! Sibylle

iphone purchased via amazon, sent for repair. product returned with exact same failure. thankfully it was returned rapidly so I can return to amazon. however, from the report, and testing after return, it seems absolutely nothing in terms of real repair was done. the iphone does not connect to wifi unless at very least 10 attempts to connect, some networks do not connect at all. (I am an engineer and know what I'm talking about when I say this.)

My daughter’s iPhone was stolen in Los Angeles 3 months ago and, voila, it shows up here?!? Hmmm
