Absolutely beautiful location. Our host Gerard was happy to accommodate us checking in very late (since our flight arrived very late in the evening). The room was spacious and very clean. There was filter and machine coffee available to have at breakfast - along with homemade honey, brioche and jam/butter. There were also plenty of places in the village to buy pastries/bread. We were extremely happy with our stay and would happily come again.

A lovingly maintained and authentic home in the small village of Lapalud. Gerard is a warm and welcoming host and very helpful with local recommendations. The aesthetics of the house and relaxing beautiful garden create a calming and peaceful ambiance. Every detail was of high quality and thoughtfully presented.

This home is so magical. A beautifully restored house. Gerard greeted us when we arrived and shared some history of his childhood home. He was so kind and welcoming. The grounds were lovely and we especially loved the chickens and their fresh eggs. Gerard, thank you for a truly memorable stay.

This is a beautifully restored older hotel/bed and breakfast. The kitchen is amazing in the room is very comfortable. Highly recommend. Also very convenient for bikers. Gerard provides a secure bike storage. You cannot go wrong staying here if we had more time we would’ve spent several days.

This is a hidden gem. Gérard is the perfect host with such a warm welcome that made you feel instantly at home. The house has been artistically refurbished and the room was light and spacious equipped with everything you needed. Gérard even allows guests to use his kitchen and has his own lavender honey and beautiful homemade jam. The local restaurant was excellent too. There is no doubt we will return and spend longer there.

Wonderful place with really stylish interieur. We enjoyed the pool. Gerard made us feel welcome during the whole stay. The kitchen is very well equiped, and we could leave our bicycles in the garage. Thank you for one of the best nights during our 3-monthes-bicycle journey.

Comfortable and authentic rooms in a lovely, quiet, gorgeously renovated home. Gérard was a wonderful host, offering us homemade jams, local wines and figs from the charming garden, as well as excellent recommendations of how best to explore the region. We hope to come back soon, and warmly recommend la Maison en Provence to anyone hoping to explore the area!

Wonderful house to stay in! We were found out thru recommendation about this place and can warmly recommend it in turn! Came on bicycles and there was a very good garage to store them in safely over night. Enjoyed the garden and the wonderful kitchen in the morning. For evening meal we went to the restaurant down the street.
