😊: The location & the pool. 😢: The appartments are shared. In our case we booked two parts of the appartment but there were three. We knew that there were people in a bedroom of the appartment whenever we arrived, only their door to our appartment was closed. They should inform about that. There are not so many amenities (disher washer but no tablets, no soap or sponge for cleaning, etc.). Also, the door lock didn’t work well (but that can happen)..

Great place with the perfect location for surfing in Les Estagnots. You can easily reach the spot and the town by bike. Excellent value for money – we always come here for our surf trips! 🌊🏄‍♂️

Our provided accommodation was totally misrepresented from on line pictures to what it was in reality. The swimming pools and other facilities were closed and had not been in working order for a long period. The site is tired and needs upgrades. The accommodation we were provided with was damp. Bedding felt damp. No kettle, not clean and in poor state of repair. We left after 2 days. Loosing it appears 44€ plus the venue took another £50 further without my permission or knowledge. This site is not a pleasant place to stay and a waste of time and money.

Hello..I stayed 5 nights..unkempt rooms..after 2 days it started raining in the room!! Water was flowing on the bed!! After the rain stopped I was asked if I wanted an extra blanket!! I got another room, 150 meters away..I had to move all my luggage from one room to another!! There were other empty rooms 2.3 meters away but we were not moved there!! Conditions from 1984, but then the prices were not that high!! I do not recommend!!

Our family recently spent a delightful week at Village-Club Cap Océan in a charming bungalow, situated a mere 10 minutes walk away from Estagnols Beach. The accommodation itself was cozy and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms are simple and clean, and the kitchen well-equipped catered perfectly to our family's needs. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot to unwind in the evening. Moreover, the property management team was attentive and responsive to our requests, ensuring our stay was seamless and hassle-free. Their friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our vacation. In conclusion, our time at Cap Océan was blissful. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-appointed retreat, surrounded by nature's beauty and in close proximity to the stunning coastline.
