He explained to us in details the quality of materials being used by Luxury Brand and was there to assist us in evey step of the process. I have had a terrible experience with FRANCO SUISE. The Salesman is not professional, untrusted, and unhelpful. He wasted our time and delayed to respond our email for weeks. Firstly, he asked us to come to visit an apartment 3 times which made us waste a lot of time. The 1st time, he forgot to confirm with his co-worker that the stairs were not painted yet. We could not come inside. The 2nd time, he forgot the keys :)) It's ridiculous. Secondly, when we sent him offers 3 times, he did not reply before the expiry date and bought time for many unacceptable reasons. His name is Timothé CHAMBRIN. I don't know if it's his style or FRANCO SUISSE business culture. I feel disrespectful and I do not recommend any people to buy from them. I hope they will improve their service in the future.
