I would like to share my wonderful experience at Fnac, especially thanks to one amazing employee, Jihad. He helped me so much, and when I say a lot, I truly mean it. He stayed by my side the entire time until I completed my order, making sure I found exactly what I needed and that everything went smoothly. What meant even more to me was that he spoke English, as I don’t speak French. He made the whole process easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. Honestly, he is the sweetest and most helpful employee I have come across in France so far. I am giving 5 stars only because of him. Thank you so much, Jihad, for such outstanding service!
Big bookshop with great range of stuff for every one (toddlers to adults). Also home appliances, phones & IT stuff are available.

I buy a electric heater from Darty today. After I pay and want to exit security stop me and say my payment not valid. They have to change. From customer both darty and finac inside same department. They have 8 counters but only one counter available and the lady who work so slow. She didn’t check properly and take my payment. Didn’t say I have to pay to darty counter. They is no one speak English over the luckily there is one customer she translated me. They tell me to refund my money and pay again to the Dartythis is too annoying and ridiculous really poor service never except like this. Wasting customer time. I refuse all my item and and come back. Loosing customers like this no sales.
They need employees with a sense of managerial skill, How to manage customers. I wanted to surprise my wife with a new phone. So, I bought the sonny WF1000 wires earphones costing €199, and the Samsung Galaxy Z flip costing another 599, totaling €798. since I made the order at the office, I can go in person after work to pick it up. Reaching there, they asked for a Credit card which I used in ordering the phone, and I gave them; they asked for ID. I explained to them that I was pickpocketed of my wallet while in the metro on the Eve of Christmas and that I was in the process of obtaining a new one. I also told the lady attending to me that I had a picture of my card digitally and also the police attestation, which was given as proof that my wallet was stolen. They lack proper training, and I understand your job is intellectually less demanding, but it does not imply that they must not apply certain common sense when required. Fast-forward:, it's already hours for me explaining to them the situation, that if they want, I can go home and even bring the original papers from the police if digital copies do not work for them. The lady who attended to me was on the phone with whoever the person was, and she returned and canceled my order. I was racial profiled and discriminated against by the staff of FNAC in the Rosny branch. They went ahead and called security on me, I said I would not leave without paper proof of my order cancellation. They stood back lousily, ready to lose a business of over €700 just because i look a certain way because of my color. This place is a terrible place to stay, away from: 0 services and a lot of stupidity from the employees.
